Register online or by mail by October 12th, for “early bird” registration fee of
$15.00 5k or 5 Miler, Kids 0.5 miler (ages 4 to 10) $5.00

Registration rates increase by $5.00 all events after October 12th and on race
day!

Race day registration from 8:30 AM until 9:15 AM

Awards:  Special awards to overall winners 5k/5 miler (3 deep) provided by
Heath Spa of Napa Valley and Heart & Sole Sports

Timing by Ready, Set, Go!

Medals also 3 deep each 10-year age division in the 5k/5 miler and 3 deep each
2-year age division in the kids 0.5 mile event

Post race meal: 5K/5 mile participants- Bratwurst, Honey Wheat Ale from Mount

0.5 mile participants- Hot Dog, chips and Soda
