Spring Has Sprung, the signature event of the Lake County Milers, is held in May of every year. The event begins and ends at Coyote Valley Elementary School in Hidden Valley Lake. 18950 Coyote Valley Rd, Hidden Valley Lake, CA 95467. The Spring Has Sprung Run will be on Sunday, May 1st 2016.
Bib pick up and race day registration is between 7:30 am- 8:15 am Coyote Valley School. Race starts at 8:30 AM. Award Ceremony will begin at approximately 9:30 AM. Due to popular demand the Spring Has Sprung 10K challenge is back. This scenic course meanders through the community of Hidden Valley Lake and has hills akin to the Empire Runners, Kenwood Foot Race 10K. New this year! Overall winners (Male and Female) of the 5K and 10K events will win a free entry into the Water To Wine event taking place Sunday August 7th at Kendall Jackson Estate Winery in Fulton, CA. Thank you Run Wine Country. 5K overall winners (Male and Female) will win a 10K entry, and 10K overall winners (Male and Female) will win a 1/2 Marathon Entry.

Register by March 1st for early bird pricing and to be guaranteed a shirt in your preferred size/style. Event shirt for adults (and teens if selected) is a technical shirt!

- $20.00 Adults 70 and above either distance
- $15.00 for 19 and under if order youth shirt $20.00 technical shirt option (either distance)
After March 1st through race day, prices increase $5.00. Register early!
